He is best known as the creator of Smarticle Media, a podcast network that dives deep into eclectic conversations—from consumer scams to spiritual awakenings.Before his podcasting career, Brandon spent over 20 years in education, where he honed his ability to connect with people and draw out personal narratives. Harnessing his technical and creative skills, he founded Executive Communication Reset, where he produces and engineers client presentations in broadcast‑quality sound and detailed analysis through transcripts. His goal is to help clients be the best presenters that they can be in order to advance their careers and work.

Eric Hunter is a senior strategist and executive communication coach with twenty years of experience helping leaders speak confidently, clearly, and credibly. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, guided C-suite presentations, and trained hundreds of professionals to improve their presence in high-stakes moments.From developing go-to-market strategies at Logitech and major agencies to teaching public speaking at Oregon State University, Eric combines extensive marketing knowledge with performance-focused communication coaching. His work helps emerging leaders break bad speech habits, sharpen their messages, and lead with confidence.

Franklin W. Bender, PhD, CCC-SLP is a nationally recognized speech-language pathologist with nearly 30 years of experience helping individuals improve the clarity, structure, and effectiveness of their spoken communication. Through advanced analysis using the SALT (Systematic Analysis of Language Transcripts) software, Dr. Bender identifies patterns that may interfere with how a speaker is perceived in professional settings—such as reduced verbal clarity, maze behaviors (e.g., self-corrections, false starts, off-topic or circular language), filler words (e.g., “um,” “like,” “you know”), grammatical slips, or disorganized message flow. His approach merges clinical precision with performance coaching to help professionals strengthen their verbal presence and command.Dr. Bender has provided consulting services across educational, corporate, and clinical sectors, including Fortune 500 tour operations and executive training environments.
